Factory Area in Seoul, South Korea I created this Fotomo on my first visit to South Korea. The atmosphere in this district of small, back-street factories reminded me very much of Japan years ago. But because the signs are in Korean, the image seems both familiar and foreign. When you have two cultures that resemble each other, minute differences that pop up evoke a strange sensation. I wasn't using a digital camera at the time, and created this Fotomo from photos shot with a Rollei35T film camera.
