MR-500i

	Following terms will be revised by the update:
	-	The remix templates which the m:trip Ver.1.05 provides can be used in the MR-500i. * To use the newly added templates in the MR-500i, you need to synchronize the device with the updated m:trip (Ver.1.05) AFTER you update the MR-500i to Ver.1.03.
	-	The track name will be appeared on the display of the remote control when playing back the remixed tracks.
	-	After removing the device from a computer, the device automatically enters the power charging mode after a certain amount of time (1 minute) has passed.

	-	MR-500i may be damaged if the update is unsuccessful. Please read the instructions on this page as well as the instructions and notices in the manual handbook carefully.
	-	You cannot return to the previous version of firmware after the update.

	The installation process will follow the installation summary below. Be sure to read the on-screen instructions during the update.
	1.	Download the Firmware Update Software
		After accepting the license agreement, please download the file to your PC.
	2.	Update the Firmware
		Double-click on the downloaded file. The firmware update process will begin.
	3.	Connect to your computer
		Connect the cradle to the computer using the bundled USB cable, and place your MR-500i in its cradle.
	4.	Transfer the new firmware into MR-500i
		A firmware update comfirmation dialog window will appear. Please operate following the instructions on the screen. Once the transfer has finished, MR-500i will automatically begin updating the firmware.
	5.	Confirm the update was successful
		Please follow the on-screen instructions to make sure of the new firmware version.
	6.	Synchronize between MR-500i and m:trip
		Please use MR-500i after synchronizing between MR-500i and m:trip. * If you use without synchronizing, management data may not be updated. Be sure to synchronize before useing MR-500i.

	NOTE: Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before loading down this Software.
	Any user ("User") is deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the following terms and conditions which are proposed by OLYMPUS IMAGING CORPORATION ("Olympus"), when the User loads down the Software in the User's computer, and simultaneously, this Software License Agreement are deemed to be fully executed by and between the User and Olympus.
	1.	Subject to the terms and conditions herein contained, Olympus shall grant to User a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Software and the copy thereof (hereinafter, the copy of the Software are included in the Software) only for the purpose of applying to the Olympus products which is introduced and accepted by Olympus.
	2.	User shall be prohibited to do or perform the following matters.
		(1)	To make any copy of the Software, whether in whole or in part, for any other purpose than back-up purpose.
		(2)	To sell, distribute or upload the Software, whether in whole or in part.
		(3)	To change, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, whether in whole or in part.
		(4)	To rent, lease or sublicense the Software, whether in whole or in part.
		(5)	To export the Software, directly or indirectly, whether in whole or in part, without obtaining necessary approvals of relevant governmental authority in Japan or in any relevant country.
	3.	Any right, title or interest in and to the Software shall be owned by or vested to Olympus or its licensor respectively.
	4.	USER ACKNOWLEGDES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO USER ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
		(1)	WARRANTIES FOR MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A USER'S PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
		(2)	WARRANTY FOR NO BUG, ERROR, FAILURE OR DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE; OR
		(3)	WARRANTIES FOR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF RIGHTS OR INTERESTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT.
	5.	IN NO EVENT SHALL OLYMPUS BE LIABLE NOR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED OR INCURRED BY USER OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, GENERAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL LOSS OR DAMAGES INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION AND THE LIKE), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
	6.	If User fails in complying with any terms and conditions under this Agreement, Olympus may terminate this Agreement and seek to remedy for any loss or damage, including damages for loss of business profit, business interpretation, loss of business information and the like) or loss of profit incurred by Olympus, arising out of or in connection with such User's failure. In such event, User shall immediately destroy or return to Olympus any and all copies thereof, whether in whole or in part.
